The garden and the bar were great, but
the breakfast setup was a bit limited. I appreciated the friendly staff, especially Freddy who took great care when I wasn't feeling well. Overall, it was a positive experience, just a few things could use improvement.

We had a delightful experience visiting the Museum of Anthropology and History, which offered engaging exhibits that fascinated our three kids. The hotel’s pool was another highlight, providing a refreshing escape for the whole family after a long day of exploring.
In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could improve on family-friendly dining options.

i had a fantastic stay at the hilton. the garden and bar were wonderful spots to relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly. a big shoutout to freddy, the bartender, who made me a special lime juice when i wasn't feeling well – it really helped! also, the free mineral water in my king room was a nice touch.
the only downside was that the parking situation could be a bit challenging.

great service but average room comfort
The staff was attentive and friendly , reflecting genuine care for guests. I had a particular highlight during breakfast when Freddy noticed I wasn’t feeling well and made me a refreshing lime juice drink that truly helped. Moreover, the garden and bar area provided a lovely atmosphere to unwind after a long day.
The room felt a bit dated and lacked some modern amenities.

Had a fantastic stay with friends! We explored the Museum of Anthropology and History and caught a show at the Jose Francisco Saybe Theater. The pool area was awesome, and the staff were super helpful. Just a heads-up, there's a charge for extra bottled water, but the comfort of the stay made it worth it.
Breakfast didn't meet expectations. my French toast was cold and missing syrup.
